Our Garage
We have clean and comfortable customer reception; customer toilet with a reputation for being 'hotel' standard, you can be the judge of that when you visit.
The workshop has two ramps, up-to-date diagnostic equipment and tools; wheel changing and balancing equipment, welding equipment and more.
A modern MOT station and 4 point digital wheel alignment.
We invest time, energy and resources to customer service and facilities; workshop and mot equipment; staff training and support; education and community activities.
Our Services
For your convenience we can arrange a delivery and collection service and while work is being undertaken on your vehicle, we aim to provide courtesy cars, subject to availability.
We always aim for the customer to have a full understanding of what is required for their car with no surprises, unauthorised work or disappointed faces.
Our customer standards are for all, we are proud to be a Foxy Lady approved female friendly garage.

The Motor Ombudsman
The Motor Ombudsman is the automotive dispute resolution body.
Fully impartial, it is the first ombudsman to be focused solely on the automotive sector, and self-regulates the UK's motor industry through its comprehensive Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI)-approved Codes of Practice.
The Garage is one of the 7,500+ businesses which are accredited to the Codes covering new cars, sales, vehicle warranties, and servicing and repair. These drive even higher standards of work and service, and give consumers added protection, peace of mind and trust during the vehicle purchase and ownership experience.
The Garage belongs to the Motor Ombudsman, we have signed up to the Service and Repair Code.

The Garage (Whitburn) is a member of the Scottish Motor Trade Association (SMTA) and as such have committed to operate at all times to the SMTA Code of Conduct ensuring that customer interaction with us will be protected by this Code, this is in addition to consumer statutory rights.
We recognised and accept our responsibility to maintain high standards of business ethics and integrity as members of the SMTA.
